Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. The food was very good except for my daughter’s sirloin. It was very fatty, dry and too done for her taste. Her sides were good but she would never get the steak again. Our other meals were especially good. The prime rib was excellent.

Had reservations for 6 pm was told their would be a 30 minute wait. They apparently took walk in first not prioritizing reservations!

We’ve visited many times, here’s the biggest issue: just because you have open tables doesn’t mean you should fill them. If you’re short handed or backed up people will understand more if you tell them ahead of time they’ll have a short wait time until seated. These poor servers are running around as 2 managers are casually walking, that’s an issue right there. Pitch in! And… when there’s mistakes or issues at a table it’s your job to come apologize. It’s not rocket science it’s basic customer service.

Service was great but we ordered steak, one was over cooked and two others were really tough.

BJ's service and food were very good. Our waitress was very helpful in letting us know about specials being offered. She came back just enough to check on everything. I would recommend this BJ's restaurant in Florence, Ky.

The service was painfully slow. Food was just OK. My son had 1 beer that was just terrible and sent back and the next one wasn’t much better. $9 for a beer is really too high. We won’t be back anytime soon.
