   BJ’s is always so good and accommodating! Our server Alexis was outstanding and attentive. She knew the menu and even double checked an allergy ingredient for us and it turned out she was correct and we had ordered something that wasn’t safe for our daughter so thank you Alexis! Amazing waitress super quick super attentive and also an amazing asset to the restaurant. We also had a service dog with us and they were very welcoming to him!

   Our experience at BJ’s was outstanding today. We had a table of eight. Our server, Michael, was excellent. The food came out correctly and all good. We definitely will be back again.

   We enjoy eating at BJs and usually the food is very good. We tried the prime rib this time and was very disappointed. Meat was very chewy and more fat than meat. Would not recommend the prime rib. Also the baked potatoes were about 3” long. Additionally the temperature inside is freezing. Does not make for a pleasant dining experience.

   Everything started out fine. One person at our table ordered a burger rare and it came well. Was told that the replacement would be expedited but still took another 20 plus minutes for it to come out. Ordered another round of drinks twice that never came. Ordered a 3rd time and we got them. The ladies restroom had no toilet paper at 7:00 pm and was disgusting. Our server was training and seemed in the weeds. This is not totally on her. Management was no where to be seen. Never once came to our table and never saw them helping our poor server. We were going to an Everblades game. Left plenty of time but still missed the first period. If you are trying to catch a game go somewhere else!

   We love the weekend prime rib special, and as a result, we visit our local BJ’s Brewhouse several times per month. I am also a member of a local business group and we meet at BJ’s once a month and I always get Country Chicken with mashed potatoes and grave - which is also always delicious.
