   Food was all cold , took 40 minutes to even take our order, plates were warm all the food was cold

   We were given no napkins/silverware from the start. We received our appetizers and had to ask for plates. We received our dinners and had to wait almost 5 minutes for silverware.

   Our reservation was basically not even used. I got a text message my table was ready 2 hours after my reservation that was made. Horrible service. Would not recommend making a reservation for this spot through this app.

   Our dinner reservation was for 6:30 PM we arrived about 6:20 PM went to visit the restroom which with filthy and there was no toilet paper. About 7 PM we were not yet sat and we approached the hostess desk inquiry about our reservation. The hostess was wearing glasses and had a reddish tint or hair told us that everyone there had a reservation and that we have to everyone else. She was rude and lacked in customer service. However our server was attentive and professional great customer service at the table.

   We had reservations and still had to wait to be seated for a half an hour. Once we were seated the service was okay. Half of the table never got refills on our water and the waitress infrequently came by so we were out of drinks for at least 30 mins. Other than that, the server was really good about food allergy precautions and other ordering concerns. Just wish the service was faster. We were there for almost 2 hours because of the time it took to be served… too long when you have young children.

   Made reservations for 2 and still had to wait half an hour to be sat. Apps were wrong and when the new correct one came it was so cold. Food was basic desert was brought wrong also. Over all would not be interested in returning

    We've eaten there many times.. unfortunately this time the food was not hot... all dishes came out barely warm.. we told the waitress..manager never came to the table..and none of the food was discounted... very disappointing
