   This was my first time to BJ's, and I was with my child daughter having dinner before an event at the Wharton. I don't have any complaints about visiting BJ's. The menu was huge, a good reason to come back and try more. We only had the burgers, and they were huge and cooked medium just as we asked. Pizookies, what a fun menu option. We each chose a different flavor and they were delicious. Decent price point compared to similar dining options.

   Soup was lukewarm, sandwich had brown avocado, fries were lukewarm, no pre-bussing, no drink refills unless we asked, dessert took too long and had to ask repeatedly for our bills.

   We enjoyed the dinner, especially having a reservation as the wait was two hours. Service was attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic. Noise level was a bit high. It was our first visit, we will be back.

   Disappointing time at BJ's for son's birthday. Reserved in Open Table for party of 6, got there 10 mins early and had to wait 25 mins for a seat even though there were many open tables for a larger group. Was told by hostess that aren't severer wasn't here yet so we couldn't be seated. I asked if they weren't at work yet and he said yes. Why would we have to wait to be seated for someone to get to work. Very strange and should have talked to manager then. Finally seated and things were going well and then a server accidentally spilled my daughter drink all over my mother-in-law. They said sorry and gave us some napkins to clean up and then just left them on the table. I asked the server to help clean up more and she gave me an attitude and state what else do you want me to do. It was their accident so I stated there was water all over floor and my 81-year-old mother-in-law could slip and falling on it. After that she was rude, never picked up our dishes or re-filled water and was ignoring us while waiting on only 3 other tables around us. A manager finally came out an apologized an offered a small gift card for our troubles. We aren't looking for a hand-out, just good food and service. We did not get either for the price and will not be back and will let our friends know as well.

   They don’t honor OpenTable reservations. Had a 6:45pm reservation. Showed up at 6:30. Was told they wouldn’t honor our reservation due to them being busy. Said it would be 2 hours before we could be seated. We left.

   Our table and reservation was ready when our party of 8 arrived. Great Server and was quick with drinks. Food was a little off and serving green tomatoes with stems was a miss. Beer was good and appreciate there efforts on a busy Saturday.

    Despite the reservation we had we still waited for over 45 minutes for our table, the food was ok at best. Service wasn’t the best and the music was very loud . I’d think twice before I would go back
