First, we really love to use the Open Table app for our reservations. We were seated immediately upon arriving at the restaurant 15 minutes ahead of our reserved time. We really enjoyed our stop at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Livonia. The Chicken Parmesan and the Parmesan Encrusted Chicken entrees were both quite scrumptious. We also tried the fried macaroni cheese balls appetizers and were not disappointed. Misty, our server, was phenomenal. She kept our glasses filled, was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was quite helpful with the rewards program app too---I discovered I had a free pizoookie, their signature dessert. Misty was courteous and attentive --- gave us time when we asked and was Misty-on-the-spot when we needed her. A great experience.

Everything was good. The Salmon was amazing as was the Brussels sprout appetizer. Our main problem was our wine was opened somewhere else in the restaurant. He didn’t open it at our table for us to taste the wine. When he did come with the wine and set it on the table, I tasted it and I had a piece of cork in my mouth. I showed our server that it did come from the cork that he or someone else opened. He had no idea what to do.

This was our first time eating at a BJ’s and the experience was great. Just what we were looking for on a Friday night without the kids. Our Server was Red and he was amazing! Walked us through the menu and even kept us laughing. We didn’t know what we wanted to eat but he gave really good suggestions. It was an overall great time! Definitely will be back

We love BJ’s, food is great and normally service is good. Last night service was very bad. Someone in our party had to get up from the table and go to the bar to get another drink because our waitress was so inattentive.

We dined here as a family of four on a Saturday night with a reservation. We didn’t wait at all for our table but our appetizer took 30 minutes. The main course also took a very long time and one of our deep dish pizzas was actually cold upon arrival to the table! I have never had cold pizza at a restaurant before. This must have been made in advance and was just sitting around. The waitress offered to have a new pizza made but that took another half hour. We were also not credited with a discount or free dessert or anything else. Additionally no manager apologized for serving cold pizza. We understand that service can take long during busy times but we expect our food to be served hot. This was a disappointing experience.

It was quite a busy night, but service did not suffer at all. Although there were many people, we did not feel rushed to leave out. Our server his name was Red, was very attentive and provided good suggestions for beverages, dinner and desserts.

Everything was great, expect every time someone opened the door (not the rotating door) , there would be a huge draft that came in. We weren't even sitting near the door. We were freezing. However, the service and food were great! We will be back !
