   It was a busy Saturday evening and I was so glad I made a reservation through Open Table. We only had to wait about 5 minutes. The food was great and was served in a timely matter after we ordered. Our server was also very nice and efficient. He came y the table often to inquire if everything was ok. We had a great experience.

   We made a reservation at 8:00pm & received a call from employee saying the manager said to come in at 8:30 instead around the time the dodger game would end. I understood and agreed. We arrived at 8:30 and as i was checking in they sat a party of 8 people and told us we had to wait because our table wasn’t ready. The lady in the front counter was rude when we asked why the table wasn’t ready. She said “ well it’s not ready so you’re going to have to wait” instead of apologizing !!! I understand you’re busy but if all you’re doing is standing in the front counter attending guests the least you can do is be kind lol. We went back to our cars since we had kids and didn’t want to take up all the space inside they ended up calling us back after 9:00pm. We waited over an hour for a table. We were attended by a server that looked tired /sleepy. Manager was never on site to apologize for long wait or anything. The food on the other hand was delicious and hot! The guys bringing the food to the table were amazing ! They were even giving us suggestions about the best plates on the menu! Looks like you guys might need to do some moving around with these people and send them to the back if they can’t deal with customers.

   Disappointed with my Sirloin steak and shrimp scampi dinner. Steak was tough and was missing the BBQ sauce. Shrimp were just swimming in a pool of melted butter. Asparagus had no seasoning, dry and flavorless. Our waiter was nice but disappeared for long periods of time. We had to call another nearby waiter to order drink refills.

   We did reservations and the check in experience was good. I asked for a booth and got it. The waiter was also nice and friendly. Our food was cold so it wasn’t great. I did make the waiter aware about the food being cold he asked if I wanted reheated. I was tired of waiting for our food. It took over 30mins for our food to be served and I couldn’t imagine waiting another 30mins if not more for the food to be redone or reheated so I had no other option than to eat it cold.

   Food was very good: fried calamari was crispy & tender, wedge salad was creamy and refreshing, clam chowder tasty, prime ribs were flavorful and tender, asparagus was a bit tough/dry but the baked potato was yummy & sweet potato fries stayed crisp even when they were cold. The triple chocolate & hot fudge brownie pizookies were decadent. I do wish we were treated like the other customers who had their plates cleared/refreshed between courses. Perhaps Chase had too many tables to manage while Ramon went on break, but Ramon never returned & our plates were never cleared during the entire meal. Our app & salad plates were never removed even before Ramon went on break. Bussers were busy watching TV, it was a very unfortunate and unenjoyable dinner.

   Service was very disappointing and food came after an hour and was cold Our waitress did not check in us for 20 minutes I got my salad and then waited 20 minutes to get someone to bring cutlery Our food came and we still had no cutlery so waited another 5 minutes for cutlery Poor poor service and food

   Wife and I made a date night for dinner and a movie. We were seated within 5 minutes, our server was spot courteous. Drinks took a bit longer to get than we hoped. Dinner was above average.

    The foods and side dishes was Cold. Especially the Prime Rib, the steak look uneatable. But the Waitress was kind to get us a new plate for the side dish.
