   I ordered my burger medium and it came rare so I had to send it back and then the second time it came burned. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did not charge me for my burger. There were seven other people with me and they all seem to enjoy their food. I’ve only been to this restaurant one other time and had a great experience and I do plan to go back there are many things I’d like to try on the menu.

   Even though I made a reservation for 7 I didn’t end up getting sat till 8, they had given our table away even though we checked in

   We had a large party of 10 with reservation. I ordered salmon-it was rubbery and fishy. Last time I was there it was delicious so I was craving it. Seems as though restaurant is slipping a bit. My friends weren’t crazy about their meals either. Our server lacked warmth. He seemed annoyed with us from the beginning and I promise we aren’t difficult people. Probably won’t be back.

   The service was really terrible. Our food was served at all different times, with more than a 10 minute gap in delivery of entrees. We had to go find another server to ask them to check on the missing entrée. Some of the people had ordered the same food with slight moderations, and the server told us they had no clue which was which, and we should dig through it ourselves and figure out which entrée belong to which person. Three separate times we had to go find someone and ask them to search for our server , we will not be going back.

    We had ten people last night for NYE. It took us 45 minutes to get order taken. It took another 45 minutes to get our food. Only half of our food showed up and it was cold. We waited for last two meals after EVERYONE had already eaten. One was bowl of soup and other was chicken dinner which was cold. We don’t complain much but this was so bad that will never be back.
