   The parm crusted chicken was half the size and not as good as the last time we were at a BJs. The chicken parm was ok but not worth what they charge. The calamari was served cold. The server said the manager insisted we get another order but after 45 minutes waiting for our food and one failed attempt at an appetizer, we would have preferred to get our entrees. The calamari was served a second time and it was served warm. It was good. Consistency is key and will be back and hope it will be better food and service next time. Server was friendly but slow. It was busy so we were patient. We had a small desert and it was delicious although the chocolate ice cream was completely melted when it arrived at our table. Hopefully our next visit will be like our first visit as this visit was not the best but everyone has an off night here and there

   Great service. The menu is vast and has lots of options. The weekend three course specials with the prime rib is a great option.

   Good food good service. The food could have come out faster but overall enjoyed the experience and will be back!

   Wait time was too long for having reservations. There was another 30 minute wait after arriving, the restaurant should limit reservations if they are unable to accommodate

   While waiting to be seated, my brother went to get drinks at the bar- asked for a gin and tonic with Hendricks gin- bartender told him no Hendricks, only London gin. There was a bottle of Hendricks on the shelf and was told it was only for display! He then requested a rum and coke, was told only had Malibu rum and Morgan’s - no Bacardi. SMH! Had a great server, ordered our meals, hubby and BIL both ordered jambalaya - when the dishes came, they looked TOTALLY different. My hubby’s looked like pepper steak with NO shrimp in it at all, my brother’s had a lot of shrimp and was very light in color. Server agreed, sent it back and came back with same dish with some shrimp added. Not the Christmas Eve experience we thought we would have. Hostess and waitstaff were wonderful though.

   It was great. Good is really good. The staff is top notch. From busmen to the servers to the manager who never stopped moving and delivering meals to diners. Our server, Tori was the best. Fun, engaging and attentive. We will be back.

    Our server was excellent, and very friendly. The host was as well, and seated where we preferred to sit. The food was great as always.
