Randomly stopped by last week and had an amazing server. Stopped in last night with the family and had a mediocre experience. Server was ok but rushed us not explaining specials. In all fairness he was attentive but slight attitude. Food was great beer is on point! Great overall but wouldn’t seek out server next time.

We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Orland Park, and it was a delightful experience. Our party included my dad, my wife, my sister-in-law, and my niece, and we all had a great time. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a family gathering. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal. Our server was particularly patient and helpful, especially with our niece, who can be a bit picky. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and everyone found something they enjoyed. Wonderful food and great service. Not crowded. We were sat right at the time of our reservation. Pizookies were delicious. Server very attentive and efficient

Reservations mean nothing!!! Checked in previous to our reservation and then waited nearly an hour and it would have been longer if my wife hadn’t found and spoken to manager

Our server Hannah was great. The food was good, nothing spectacular but for the price I think it was fair. Biggest problem, making a 7PM reservation and not getting seated for almost an hour. Several people waiting had the same complaint. Restaurant needs to do better with organizing reservations because it just seems like they are making too many and forcing people to squeeze together and wait.

So much variety! We all had different meals and they were all great! Too full for dessert. Next time definitely going to have one of their famous Pizookies!
