   Had to cut my cold fish with a knife - should have been fork tender. Crowded so the hard flat walls increased the noise level.

   All the entrees were served warm not hot. Service was mediocre. Our server wasn’t warm or friendly. The food is delivered by food runners so our server wasn’t involved in the serving of the food. My chili and salad were fine but my prime rib wasn’t hot nor were the other entrees of our other six guests. We go to BJs frequently but usually at a different location. Service has always been excellent. Will not be back to this location.

   We had a large party of 13 for birthday celebrations. Our waitress was great and on top of our orders and special requests. And of course the pazookies were fantastic!

   Our waitress was amazing. Took photos for us and was very attentive. Super sweet. The food was awesome. My only complaint would be that the prime rib was too tenderized and was not easy to cut. The BJ wings were just the right spice, super tasty. Oh and the pazucci to finish it all off. Will definately go again.
