   The staff was amazing and so accommodating! They helped us when we requested a table, were super friendly and just great overall. The food is always great as well.

   We were sat 10 minutes after our reservation time, then waited 1 hour for our food after ordering immediately (which we didn’t have a waitress come to take our orders for another 10 minutes).

   We were strongly encouraged to try this restaurant but the locals during our visit to Rochester. We went on Saturday night and the place was full with a waiting list. We made a reservation and that was a good thing. We had tried to get in with some other family members on Friday and the wait for a table was 1 hour. I tried the IPA produced on site and it was outstanding. I had the weekend special, they had sold out of the pork chop so I had the prime rib and it was very good. My wife had the small pizza and it was served on a cold plate. so it cooled off way too fast. She said that the pizza itself was good but a hot pizza is what she was expecting. The included dessert was fun with a nice presentation. I ate way more than I normally would. Our server was attentive as she could be with the full capacity of the restaurant. Overall the service interaction from the reception to departure was very good. The locals were right to recommend this establishment.

   Long wait even though we had a reservation. Service was slow, and when our food came we still didn’t have napkins or silverware. The food had clearly been sitting for a while before it arrived—nothing was hot, and some of it was cold. We spent nearly two hours in this restaurant because the service was so slow, and it was not the relaxing experience a two-hour meal should be because we were tense waiting for our food to arrive.

   You'll need time.....and then some. We (as a party of 5) arrived for an 11:45 reservation and it was after 1:00 before 2 of us had our lunch. This was after sending it back because it was cold. :-( After speaking to the hostess and manager, both of our meals were comped, which was very much appreciated. But there is a serious disconnect between the wait staff and the kitchen.

   I really like the restaurant. They have a wide assortment of menu items and plenty of beers with many of their own brews available. Everybody we take here enjoys it as well and will continue to go here in our local restaurant and will seek them out in other locations as we see them.

   Food and service was good. Had a reservation at 730 and wasn’t sat till 845. Hour 15 mins is way too long to sit if you have a reservation
