The server was nice except after a food issue, the bill suddenly the bill had charges that made no sense. My steak cooked incorrectly and very tough re cooked better but still didn't eat. Have a pic of proof. It had better flavor, but it was still tough. It was our anniversary, plus I didn't want to keep complaining. Best thing, the chocolate pazookie Omg! Awesome! Best thing we had. Was what they charged us like 16 bucks for lol....but the manager did fix it. Just hated I recommended it for our anniversary. Last time, I was there, no issues, and the food was perfect. Think was a different location. Might try again at Florence !

I've always loved BJ's but it was always carryout. This was my first time dining in. Excellent experience. Our server was top notch. We loved our dishes. I had the Jambalaya. My mother had the sliders. Just one thing. Please bring back the Bistro burger!

This restaurant is huge! But the food and server was excellent. We didn't have to wait long for our meal. I liked how it was divided into sections so you felt like you were in a smaller restaurant. I would recommend it for family or date dining.

Stopped in for salads and drinks, and everything was very nice. Our server, Mariah, was a delight! She was friendly, attentive, and professional.

We made a reservation in Open Table and when we arrived, the tables weren’t set up yet… And the restaurant was not crowded. Our service was outstanding. We didn’t have to wait long for her food. My husband and friend ordered the witch salad with steak. They did not ask what temperature they want it cooked at. It came back rare which was fine, but it was tough to cut.
