   I went through Open Table on Dec 30th to get a reservation that started out as a party of 6 and ended up a party of 17! OT was very easy to use to make each change I had to make and the staff at the restaurant even let more people in our party sit at a table near us. Noise level where we were was fine and we were able to hear each other very well. In the bar area it's louder so if you are wanting to chat, a table might be better. The restaurant itself is fine but showing some wear and tear as it's been there awhile. Our server was great and did a great job especially with the size of our group!

   Our appetizer which was onion rings, came out with our food and was cold and so greasy oil was pooling on the tray. Server didn’t apologize or act like it was a problem. Food was mediocre. Not sure we will be in a hurry to go back.

   I have a gluten allergy and I got sick from the food being cross contaminated. They brought my gluten free salad out with other gluten food sitting on it so I had to send it back and then got a salad that did not have 3 of the main ingredients, had a bug in my dessert, and ended up sick. This was my worst experience at this restaurant!

   I used Open Table to make a Monday evening reservation for two at BJ’s. Easy peasy. Walked straight up to the seating podium and was quickly shown to a well located booth. Our waiter was prompt, engaging, and professional. Order came out quick enough, food was delicious. I had the Philly sandwich and my wife the fried chicken. Would recommend.

   We went for our granddaughters birthday to try the prime rib. Fortunately, we had a reservation because it was homecoming for one of the local schools, and it was packed. In any event, we got seated within a few minutes of our reservation and our prime rib was perfection. Mostly, though, our server was a rock star. His name was Keatin (sp?) and with all the pressure of a packed restaurant, he never skipped a beat!
