   Went on a Monday night got In right away. Had high hopes as me u as anything you’d want and a great choice of alcoholic drinks. Whatever grease they fry their tortilla chips has a very distinct taste which over powers how good the spinach dip is. Ordered steak/rib combo. Ordered steak medium rare but came out medium well, ribs were extremely tough. Girlfriend ordered Chicken Alfredo and it tasted plain and generic like the chicken wasn’t seasoned at all. Service was great

   The food was generally okay. It pretty much matched the menu but it took forever to be delivered to our table. At 7:00 PM we ordered their cookie and ice cream dessert. It arrived at our table at 7:45PM. Staffs answer was everyone is waiting on the cookies. Wont be back on my own for a long while.

   My daughter and I had the most extraordinary evening. We were celebrating her last week of chemotherapy, and the staff was so warm and kind. At the end of our dinner The staff gave my daughter a card with beautiful notes from each of the staff that evening and incredibly are Bill was paid

   Bjs in San Bernardino I give it a 1 star out of 5. The first thing we had reservations. When we checked it they told us it will be 25 to 30 minutes even though we had a reservation, so we had to wait. Next the place was so dirty, it looks to have not been cleaned in a long time, can't imagine what the kitchen looks like, next our order was all messed up but we delt with it. Then when we were ready for bill that took a long time to get our server was busy talking to other co workers. We will not be going back any time soon!

   I just felt it took longer than usual to get our appetizers and our dinner. But overall the food was good and waitress was awesome

   Jake B was an excellent server ! Hands down the best we have had for this location . We were party of 11 there for a birthday and everything went swimmingly .
