Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. Very good food and service overall at BJ's Restaurant in Southcenter Mall. Everyone liked what they ordered in my group and I heard no complaints regarding either the food, service or noise level. A few standouts from the food ordered include the New Orleans Jambalaya, a Gourmet Five Meat Pizza, and the Wedge Salad, as well as the non-alcoholic Berry Tasty drink.

The food was good and we were sat quickly. Service went down from there. Had to wait to order, drinks came out wrong, asked several times for a wipe down on the table before it was finally done.

After booking a table through Opentable on the website, the host who greeted our party could not locate our reservation at the front desk, which created much confusion and defeated the purpose of trying to secure a table in advance. While our orders were prepared correctly, the wait in between courses averaged 20 minutes without any updates given from our server. Tasty food, impersonal service.

A special shout out to Jackie, our server, for the excellent service she provided. Our appetizers were spaced out, so when our meal appeared, we weren't still working on them. A big plus was when we didn't have to wait around with empty glasses, which is always nice. The food was excellent with good-sized portions for lunch specials. Pizookies were delicious as always. Our reservation was during lunchtime, so it was nice and quiet and not hurried at all.

Waiter Brian K was awesome. Always on top of things and pro-active. Appreciated his great service. And love the weekday $13 specials (the Strawberry Fields Salad with Chicken and Chicken Parmigiana are especially delicious) that include a personal Pizookie! Why go anywhere else for lunch?

Put us at the worst table in the house empty restaurant and we sat next to the bathroom. The service was ok, nothing special. Ordered bread bowl of soup came out in a bowl. Asked for lemons for the water 3 times and it came out after the second attempt at serving the soup. Soup was not hot. We finished eating and servers and managers just walked by our table with the dishes piled high. Just average at best. I’ve had the same experience before at this BJ’s so I do t set the bar very high on expectations, but it’s amazing how they can find a way. Right before dessert they dimmed the restaurant lights our table was the only one that did not have a dimmable bulb so our table flickered like a strobe light. A table full of managers sat in a booth next to us and gave us no mind to the experience.

I was so impressed how easy it was to make a reservation. And I was really impressed when they called me the day of my reservation to confirm the reservation for 11 people and asked did I need any thing special like a booster seat ect. I would definitely go back.

Sunday lunch at 1130, the dining room was almost empty but we still had to get up multiple times to get our own drink refills. Servers and other staff noted to be chatting with each other at the bar. Served ranch with my 11 year old son's chicken strips, the ranch spilled on to them and when he complained he was told to deal with it until I spoke up and noted he is allergic to dairy. He was told his replacement strips would be right out but he waited for over 10 minutes until the server came back and noticed he still did not have his meal. My boneless wings were lukewarm and the pizza was almost 75% crust. I normally meet people here as a halfway point between where I live and Seattle. I will be choosing elsewhere going forward.

Service was very slow and the dishes that we ordered were incorrect when they were served to our table.

We Were seated right away, service was slow for the restaurant being somewhat empty. Our waitress wasn’t overly friendly, she seemed irritated to be there in general. There were things that were out in the kitchen and the bar, as well as items listed the online menu that were no longer offered. Mediocre experience
