Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We always love the extensive menu at BJs. Pizza, fries and the pizookies are a must! This was our first time dining with kids and they serve goldfish with their menu to keep them happy until meal time. Our server Nicole was on her first week there with our large party of 12. She did amazing! We will be back for sure!

The waiter was awful from the start. She did not make eye contact with us and wasn’t attentive to us as a whole. Our drinks were late and the apps came out shortly before the entree. Then when I asked for desert she made a look as if that annoyed her. Almost like we were holding her up from going home. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Food was very good and is consistently very good at all of our visits. Our server did a wonderful job and was very attentive to us. Thank you to the entire team.

Waiter was very slow and food was okay but not great. Disappointed with the service considering how much our bill was.

Made reservation redeeming Opentable reward card. Informed seater and waiter that I'll be using Opentable reward card with $x value and even showed it to them. They never mentioned there was a minimum spend to actually use it. So in the end my Opentable reward card (it took me a while to get to 2000points) was burnt. What was the point after all.

Service was super slow considering the 25 percent capacity limits. Could get tea refills. Your prices are ridiculousy high.

We enjoyed the food and our server was nice. They seem to have an good selection of beer, but the mixed drinks at the bar are sub-par or perhaps their bartenders need training. We had similar sub-par bar issues at another BJ's in Alliance Fort Worth as we did in Southlake. They don't make good margaritas. They tasted like water with a twist of lime and 1/4 shot of alcohol. I actually politely told him that I don't think they finished making the drink and it tasted off (mostly water). When I mentioned that it was a little "watery" it was remade with a huge amount of bright green, chemical tarty mix. I drank it, but it was not a great marg. We attempted to order mojitos. They were out of mint. It takes 20-30 minutes to get a cocktail from the servers - at both locations. I basically only have 1-2 cocktails a week when I go out and that is part of my dining experience. BJ's has never delivered in the cocktail. Good pizza though. :-)
