   Service was decent. Food was below average. Brussels were tasty and well made. Chicken tortilla soup was barely edible. Salad was ok. Clam chowder lacking in flavor. So many better spots near by for the money.

   Food was good and service was friendly but it took forever to get any food or drinks. We probably would've ordered more but we got tired of sitting there waiting for everything.

   Server was amazing and food was quick too! I had made a reservation and they were nice about my requests as well.

   I have been to BJs several times,always very good, reasonable prices,our waitress was great friendly attentive. The prices have increased beyond reason, and the quality of food not good...it will definitely be awhile before going back..

   They were getting slammed that night, so not the servers fault but service was pretty slow. Our server was great, but she just had to wait a while for food and drinks to come out.

   Had a reservation and was seated 5 mins. prior to my 6:30 time....it was great because I was hungry. Our server was efficient and pleasant. We will be returning at least once a month. Thank you, Joanne DiMattia

   We have dined here numerous times before and never had a problem with service or food. However this past visit was totally unacceptable. First we placed our order and if was 30 minutes before we seen our waiter again and he brings everything at once to the table. Salad,soup and our dinner. He blamed the kitchen. Everything was served cold and prime rib was so undercooked I think it was still moving on the plate and it had no taste whatsoever. My chicken and tri-tip was cold as the salad. Waiter blamed the problem on high school homecoming dining there and this caused the problem. BS. Waiter was overwhelmed. However he did not charge for our food which was the least the restaurant could do after this terrible experience

   Busy, but ok for a Saturday. Sat quick. Still had the special. Service a little slow during the meal but came out fast. We will be back.

   It took long than expected to get my food it was cold when I finally did also service wasn't all that great she had a attitude and spilled a drink on my friend and my feet I may try again as long as I get another server and hope food is hot

    It was our first visit, and we'll be back. The service was a little slow, but the food and drinks were great. I'm glad that we made a reservation because the place was packed.
