Third time here. Had a great waitress that was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ambience was great as usual. Only bad experience was the server (guy in glasses who looked Latino) that basically just dumped our starters on the edge on the table in a “rough” way. Might have been having a bad day who knows but waiter and management were very quick and polite to address the issue because didn’t want the main course being delivered the same way.

Im really not one to write reviews for anything as most unfortunatly are. For my girlfriend and my first time going to Black&Blue from waiting for our table to paying the bill her and I agreed it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Both steaks were cooked beautifully and were still nice and warm when arrived to the table. We tried the nights special lobster mac&cheese and was pleasantly surprised how great it all was! Cheese was not too heavy, noodles were great and the lobster was amazing! Prices weren’t even as bad as we anticipated! A lovely night at Black&Blue on February 14th Valentines day :)

All was terrific until the bill came. This dinner was a gift to be paid with VISA gift cards which the restaurant said they do not accept! Nowhere was that stated. Good thing i had another method to pay.

This has become our favorite restaurant when visiting the Albany area, Food is outstanding, service incredible. Great food and wine selection. Highly recommend

Shannon the manager was great! My steak was overcooked and she credited my bill, gave me a complimentary steak and a gift card to return. Because of her professionalism and outstanding service. We will be back. Thank you!

The seafood tower along with oysters was a great appetizer followed by perfectly cooked steaks. Also enjoyed the wine!
