As experienced on local news channels, newspapers and radio talk shows. Guests dine without sight to heighten your other senses such as taste, smell and touch. Your group will use these “Superpowers” to figure out each of the 7 courses, as the menu is a mystery. Thrill comes through debating each course among your party. Once the experience is complete, you are guided out of the Black Forest so you can meet the Chef, where he presents you with the menu and is there to answer questions.

Chef tastefully creates the menu that will excite your taste buds with items you most likely have enjoyed in your life. The menu is designed for the masses. No exotic or niche items.

So far, our chef has accommodated for >95 different food allergies and dietary needs when known in advance.

Our Black Forest Dark Dining Experience creates amazing memories that lasts years. Guests dine without sight, to heighten their other senses (Taste, Smell & Touch). Our Chef provides a 7-course meal designed for the masses (No niche or exotic foods). The menu is a mystery as each group collectively tries to figure out each course. Thrill comes through debating with your party about what they think is in each course. After completing the experience our Chef meets guests to share the menu and answer questions. 3 different types of meat in one meal. The dishes were worth the $$, however all dishes under seasoned as well as served basically warm or room temperature . One of my meat dishes was over cooked with dried out crispy(burnt) pieces mixed with tender pieces and the potatoes was not good.Had. Persimmon salad with onions and shallots a little to much onion taste my guest had a upset stomach the rest of the night..I feel that having so many different meats was a 50-50 enjoyment. I believe since the menu changes every 3 months I may try it again at the GROUPON price if one is available. Another issue we were told to show up 5mins early we were 15mins early so sat in Bar area had to flag down the guy that was checking people in and although we were there early we was taken LAST into the area, being we were also the only minority group had us feeling like we were OVERLOOKED as customers didn't sit right..The bartender and the waitress in the bar was EXCELLENT in customer service on every level

This is an experience. The food is excellent, and the service amazing in the sense that you never hear or sense servers working around you. A little magic, perhaps? While this is spendy--once you add a drink, you're in for a tab--it is great. They don't seem to do anything extra for occasions (I went on my birthday, the actual day), but the entire experience could not have been better.

We had a wonderful experience!! The food was delicious. Stepped out of my comfort zone and was not disappointed. We arrived early to have a drinks at the bar. The ladies at the bar were wonderful!! We would encourage everyone to try dining in the dark.

Four of us decided to do this as a fun outing for the evening. The food was absolutely delightful and the chef did their utmost best and an amazing job in dealing with dietary restrictions. The staff was on point and extremely helpful management was very supportive. We had so much fun. Great experience! I would go back again. I look forward to introducing more people to the dark side.

Went for a birthday dinner there was 9 of us. We all enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and polite. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely will be a moment you won’t forget.

Our group all agreed that dark dining was a special experience. Not being able to see really does change how the food tastes. The servers and chef did a great job of guiding us through the experience. They were very accommodating of food preferences and the menu was unique and filled with unexpected flavor combinations.

So fun!! Went with my husband for our anniversary and it was a great experience. It was fun to guess what we were eating. We were also able to ask questions at the end. The 7 courses was almost too much food, but my husband thought it was perfect. I would 100% do this again.

This was a fun and delicious experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food and the fact that it was all locally sourced. The surprise menu was interesting and fun to try and figure out. Would definitely do this experience again!
