Blade Sushi -– sharing space with the resort’s Contemporary American, Vida. For lunch and dinner, experience Blade extensive sushi menu at the sushi bar or table side. With a focus on the freshest fish for sushi and sashimi, and a novel selection of specialty appetizers and rolls,
Blade’s menu is comprised of dishes strong on traditional Asian flavors as well as modern, creative takes on classic rolls, tartares and carpaccios.

There is a succinct but well curated selection of sakes by the glass and bottle as well as a selection of Japanese beers; and of course, diners can order cocktails and wines by the glass or bottle from Vida’s comprehensive beverage menu.

    Over all a poor excuse for a sushi restaurant. The rolls were flavorless. The sashimi was good however only two pieces per order. Our server was nice however the hostess was extremely rude and put out by the fact that we had arrived early for our reservation. The atmosphere is a la “Denny’s”. The pricing is Four Seasons!

    Menu is very limited, but the service was very good and very attentive. The limited menu is also very expensive

    If you’re a fellow sushi snob- do not go here. Super fishy and low quality salmon.

    Love that this is in the hotel and our service was great. But was so surprised when the sake was served in wine glasses and not in a more traditional style. While the sashimi and nigiri were good, the rice djdnt taste like sushi rice. the rolls were also okay. the whole food experience is nothing to write home about, especially at that price. but the service was absolutely stellar.

    The food was good. Not outstanding sushi but very good. Service was efficient and polite. Everything at Fontaine Bleau is expensive.

    I had a horrific experience at Blade. Our party of three ordered four sushi rolls, edamame, and water. While we were eating, we realized that there was hair wrapped around the sushi roll. We immediately called the waitress over and brought it to her attention. She cleared the table of the remaining food, came back and asked if there was anything else she could offer. Obviously after losing our appetites completely we just wanted the bill. We did not even eat half of the edamame and there were still rolls of each other roll that were taken away. They only removed the roll which had hair in it off the bill, and as a “courtesy” removed the edamame. I asked for a manager and explained that the remainder of our food was taken and we had completely lost our appetites. I assumed they would have at least removed two rolls and maybe gone a bit further for the inconvenience and our meal being ruined. Instead, the manager proceeded to argue with me and claimed that based on the percentage of food that was eaten, that was the best they could do. I refused to accept that, he made adjustment and brought the bill back, only to find out he re added the edamame. I was beyond disgusted and tired of arguing so I waited (a good ten minutes) for them to bring the bill which I paid. Our family has stayed many times and this trip was 5 days. Majority of our meals were at the hotel restaurants. This was the absolute worst service I have received at any restaurant, not what I would expect for the price point. I was shocked and completely embarrassed having to argue for them to fix a health and safety issue which they were responsible for. I will NEVER eat here again.

    The food was really good and the place looks very nice. The manager (forgot her name) was amazing. Our order got lost somewhere and she apologized by offering our appetizers that we ordered free of charge. That’s good service. I def recommend this place.
