Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

Todo el personal siempre muy amable, el sabor de los platillos es sobresaliente, sin embargo los platillos que se suponían debían ser calientes estaban si acaso tibios. Precio elevado en las bebidas y ligeramente elevado en los platillos. La música se mantuvo con volumen elevado todo el tiempo.

Great experience, loved the vibe on a beautiful Saturday night in CMDX can’t be beat. Great service, food and cocktails. Mezcal, tuna tostada, croquettes, spare rib tacos were wonderful starters, beet salad (ok but that’s me), duck confit and duck ravioli were great. Night was complete with lemon surprise and coffee. Followed dinner with short walk and everything was perfect, highly recommend dinner at this restaurant.

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The menu was varied and all of our options were tasty and well prepared. Prices were pretty typical and the wine list was decent. We would go back.

Great night! We enjoyed a variety of entradas, shared the salt-crusted snapper, and had two desserts - and everything was well-prepared and well-presented!

Upon an early arrival for 7:45 reservation, we were brought to our table for 2 directly in front of the speakers of the performers. We asked to be reseated and told the only other place available is the bar. We were brought drinks and a bottle of water as requested and never asked the entire meal if we wanted a second cocktail or water. The appetizer were brought to the bar area and left, presumably looking for the tserver. Our entree was brought nearly on top of the appetizer. .The moment I finished my beet & burrata salad our salt encrusted fish was delivered table side. The fish was good, not memorable. I loved the vibe of the restaurant but felt dismissed. The prices are on the higher side-I would’ve expected better service at this price point.

Excellent lunch, tuna tostada, hamachi, prawns, excellent Spanish red (I know, should have been white) and a side of fries, all fab in a cool venue. Definitely recommend.

I have been at the restaurant several times for business meetings, but in this occasion as Murphy's law ...taking my wife was one of the worst experiences. The three ordered dishes were not at best Lima soup, expected to be similar to the Yucatan region, ended up being almost an Asian soup with noodles The Lechon tacos were more like carnitas.. dry and cold The beans were cold finally we ordered artichokes which never arrived to the extent that I requested the manager or captain presence and instead I got offered the dessert menu At the end, my wife very disatisfied, very tense evening to the extent that I doubt I will return in the future
