   We had a great time at the Blind Coyote- the chicken taquitos were yummy and so were the margaritas! My husband had the Shrimp Diablo and he said it was very Diablo! We will definitely go again.

   Met some friends for dinner here and was happy to see how busy they were. We enjoyed the Guacamole, Esquites, and Octopus with Chorizo starters and would recommend all three. The Black cod, fajitas, and Birria were fantastic as well. Gill took great care of us too. A fun night enjoyed by all.

   We were there early, so there weren’t a lot of other people in the restaurant. The food was great. The service was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely go back.

   The food exceeded my expectations. Possibly the best queso I’ve ever had. My wife and kids loved their food too. The staff was courteous, and prompt. The decorations are tasteful and well done. Inside is almost entirely built around a large bar, so it’s a bit loud and with televisions, but this was fine for us. I’ll be back!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my wife to Blind Coyote Cantina for Valentine’s Day, and we had a great experience. The food was delicious—I had the steak taco and carnitas enchiladas, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The Back in the Saddle cocktail was a perfect complement to the meal, well-balanced and smooth finish. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The ambience was inviting, with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere that made it a great place for a special occasion. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Mexican food in an elevated setting.

   The guacamole was fabulous, a must have ! Tacos and chili verde were outstanding! The service was so enjoyable! Loved our experience and will definitely be coming back ! Wish they were closer to Newport!!

   Food and cocktails were delicious! Enjoyed lemondrop martinis, house margaritas, fish tacos, carne asada nachos, carnitas enchiladas. Service was great, too. Definitely want to come back.

   This was our second visit. We made a reservation for Friday since there was a long wait on Thursday without reservation. We were pretty excited since we enjoyed our first visit. Today, my husband and I got the nachos (no protein) and salad (ranchero salad with chicken on the side). The first time, they brought the chicken on top, but I asked for it it to be on the side since my husband is vegetarian and we planned to share. The service was pretty good, they remedied the problem quickly and did not charge for the chicken. I was a little disappointed with the salad, however. The chicken was pretty plain/overcooked, the salad was plated nicely but barely had any dressing and tasted very plain. I asked for more dressing which helped, but it was super thick, like a mayo or dip. (Def would recommend a more flavorful dressing, such as a vinaigrette or creamy cilantro/lime). I currently have gestational diabetes, so the salad was one of the healthiest things I could order, but felt it was pretty bland and uninteresting. I have definitely had better at other Mexican restaurants. The nachos were pretty tasty and we enjoyed them. We appreciate the service, but in the future, I wouldn’t order the salad.
