The good: cocktails, shrimp cocktail, oysters, mussels. The bad: cacio e pepe. It was watery and the noodles were overcooked. The kicker was that the dish was $30. We added chicken and it was a sad piece of grilled chicken, nothing special, and that was $20. So, all in, $50 for a borderline inedible dish for anyone with any level of discernment. However the mussels were phenomenal and only $15! The pricing was confusing but the main takeaway is the cacio e pepe needs to be reworked, deleted, or priced differently. Best to avoid it if you’re headed here.

Went for Valentine’s Day after a memorable one in 2023. 2023 had very unique dishes with lots of protein, flavor, volume, and overall balance; you could tell there was a lot of effort in the food and presentation. Unfortunately this 2025 experience wasn’t quite up to par. Most of the dishes were not impressive, and felt cheap and low effort. Each course was a family-style-for-2, which was quite a bummer and was awkward to share. I would’ve preferred separately served plates like they had previously. In the end, we left still hungry.

Went for valentines and got their prefixe + wine paired dinner. One plate served in the middle for two people. It was good, but I can’t say exceptional. Usually we really like their creative dishes. The octopus was overcooked, and food meant to be hot was not. Very little meat bites (2 small ones each) in the main course of Ox Tail over polenta. And a dish with broth meant to be eaten as a soup shouldn’t be served in a middle bowl and you’re given a plate - very hard to eat, although it was tasty.

Tried the fix prix Valentine's Day Amore Sotto le Stelle menu with wine pairing. The theme was Italian and the food and wines were excellent. No pasta! An imaginative and tastefully prepared series of courses to share. Varied flavors and textures--the octopus antipasto offering was extraordinary and I don't usually eat octopus! Wine selections were spot on for each course. I felt like I was back in Italy. Bravo!

This was our second time at the restaurant, and we’re disappointed with our food last night. I had the scallops w/risotto, scallops were chewy and the risotto looked like yellow soupy mash potatoes drenched in butter. Overall, way too rich, over cooked and the black kale was a tiny greasy fried accoutrement on top. My husband had the chicken, it was cooked ok, just a very small portion, most of his plate consisted of vegetables like eggplant that he doesn’t enjoy. To be fair, the lamb we had on our first visit was delicious, so I may return for that again. The Caesar salad and Warm Mushroom Frisée Salad were also quite good. Service was extremely slow between our salads and main course.

Excellent experience. The crab mac & cheese is a MUST. Our server Ramsey provided exceptional service. We actually ordered what he recommended and were pleased!

Normally we have a good experience but the food didn’t have any flavor on the NYE dinner and the price for what we got was way overpriced
