   Had an amazing meal here. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. They accommodated changes in sides or sauce for people. Our waiter brought different wines for us to taste before ordering. Everything we ordered was fantastic highly recommend.

   Fantastic food, wonderful service. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and gave us great recommendations for our trip. The food was wonderful, and the patio was so beautiful. We loved it

   This place never fails to impress us. Excellent food, excellent service, and nobody is trying to be anything but a great quality, reliable restaurant.

   The service was very good. Arrived at 535pm and was seated immediately. Waitress/waiter were pleasant and moved expeditiously. As this was first time, provided needed information to choose good food choice. General manager came and asked how things were. Only drawback for me was the constant refill on water. I took one or two swallows and the waiter was refilling. Wife was very pleased and want to make Bliss a normal place to dine.

   We reserved a table for my wife's birthday. Our entire experience was top notch from the greeting at the door to the salutation as we left. The service was attentive. Our meals were delicious, and the ambiance was warm and unassuming.

   The ahi tuna is my recommendation for a starter course. Paired with a beautiful wine. Perfect! Next I ordered the braised beef short ribs and it was amazing! My spouse ordered the scallops and risotto and that was the best risotto I’ve tasted. Ever. Amazing staff and atmosphere! I only have one wish. And that’s to have cocktails available. Only a beautiful wine list, sake, and a few light beers. Definitely will be coming back!

   My husband and I have been going to Bliss for years, but hadn’t been in a while. As it was years ago, our food was amazing! My husband got the duck with the foie gras, which was superb, and I got the pork schnitzel that was paired with artichokes and capers and a beautiful flavorful sauce. We also had a wonderful beet salad and some type of Asian seafood tostadas prior to our meal that were both so tasty, and a butternut squash cheesecake for dessert. I loved the cheesecake but wasn’t a huge fan of the molasses gingerbread crust with it. But everything was lovely, and we were commenting on how the restaurant is not super loud inside like some restaurants, which was enjoyable and comfortable. Our waitress also was amazing. You may want to know that they only have wine and do not have a liquor license. I was hoping to have a cocktail, but the bartender did recommend a lovely wine.

   Outstanding meal and service. Kayley was an excellent server, extremely attentive friendly and efficient. This has to be one of San Antonio’s finest restaurants!

   We haven’t been to bliss in a while and forgot how good the food is. Everything was was perfect. The octopus at Bliss is one of our favorite dishes. And my first time having the duck, which also was amazing. As you can tell with my review we enjoyed ourselves. And won’t go to long before our next visit to this restaurant. Well done Chef!!

    Great place! They were able to accommodate us even though we were an hour early for our reservation. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the most delicious dishes. This was the perfect place for our date night.
