   Food order was not correct, Diamond our waitress was not attentive and charged us for a drink we never received. Both tables next to us had the sme issues. Wouldve had mire drinks if service was better.

   Great upscale spot. Great service, atmosphere and music. They didn't disappoint. We go to restaurants/bar/lounges at least 3 times a month and this place is at the top of the list so far.

   I loved everything about my experience however we had to wait for 30-40 mins past our reservation time. I must add though that it was CIAA weekend so the restaurant was very busy. I haven’t had this issue before and this is my third time visiting for weekend brunch.

   Food is great, but music is MUCH TOO LOUD!!! I would strongly encourage they consider turning the music down. The music is good but it is impossible to have a conversation as well as hear the waitress. You literally need to shout to speak which is not a great dining out experience.

   We had a 7pm reservation and we weren’t seated until 830 the food was good but everything was timely. It definitely pushed the rest of our plans back significantly

   Love everything about this place The food is fabulous. The music was just what we needed and the drinks served. My party of 10 we had to do two separate reservations, but all of us were extremely happy We will return again

   I have eaten here several times. The 90 minute seating time is ridiculous! You spend a lot of money for the food which is delicious. But no time to fellowship and digest the food because the hostess is hounding you to leave because your time is up! We are our own worst enemy. Other establishments of fine dining don’t have this rule. Treat your patrons with respect and remove this 90 minute seating rule. The overall experience is tainted after a delicious meal maybe a few drinks, money spent and rushed from your reserved seating. Know better so do better! Thanks

   Our reservation was for 7:15. We were “seated” at 8pm. I use “ “ because the table was situated in a pass thru between the bathroom and the bar / waiting area for EVERYONE (who are also delayed in seating), facing the kitchen (which I’m assuming they intended as selling point). The music was SO LOUD the hostess couldn’t hear us when we let her know this was unacceptable and we were leaving. We left before trying the food so I cannot speak to that. My one star is based on the overall initial impression. We ended up driving 30 min back to our area and having an amazing meal (and time) at Oregon Grill. Thank you Atlas and Oregon for your consistency, reliability, skill, hospitality and dedication to excellence. We will remain loyal patrons. Blk Swan…..missed opportunity for a new client that luxury dines weekly. #dobetter

    The vibe and decor at BLK Swan are definitely a highlight, and the drinks? Solid. Our table tried a few, including the Jameellionaire (strong!), BLK Swan (very tasty), and Smokin’ Mirrors (good as well). If you’re coming for cocktails, you won’t be disappointed. As for the food: •Chicken buns – 7.5/10 The sauce is great, but the chicken itself is bland. •Pizza – 7/10 Thin crust. My friend said it was just “alright.” •Broccolini – Pretty good. •Smashburger – Good, but very cheesy. •Truffle fries – HARD PASS. These are not the truffle fries I expected—no oil, garlic, or cheese, just fries with truffle flavoring. One major downside was the entertainment fee—which wouldn’t be so bad if the entertainment was actually enjoyable. Instead, they kept playing birthday songs on repeat, and the music was so loud that you could barely have a conversation. Overall, the consensus at our table was that the food was mediocre—nothing terrible, but nothing mind-blowing either. If you’re coming for the aesthetic and drinks, it’s worth a visit. If you’re coming for the food, just know it’s “aight.”
