   Unfortunately, our evening was a huge disappointment, My wife ordered the Crab cakes, and we were told they were out and would be an hour before they had more, this was a t6:30 pm? on New Year's Eve, one of the main reasons we wanted to eat there, I ordered the 10 oz Filet, rare, it arrived well done, I ordered the mashed potato side, which arrived cold, I ordered the side sauce, it also arrived cold, the waiter came and agreed the steak was overcooked, he brought back a new one, it was ok, but the fact that there was zero seasoning not even a hint of basic salt or pepper, potatoes came as well still lukewarm, and they forgot the sauce. for $80 I would at least expect hot food. We ordered the Creme Brulle which the waiter suggested as it was supposed to have been made with Egg nog per his description, after over 20 minutes of not receiving the dessert I asked the waiter to just cancel it, but he was kind enough to still bring it and gave it to us. why it takes over 20 minutes for creme brulle I don't understand why it would take that long, it is already made and all they need to do is torch the sugar to Brulle it, well there was no eggnog whatsoever. All in all, I would certainly not go back as it was not worth the money and I understand it was New Year's Eve, they took reservations so they knew how many people were coming, but the kitchen was not prepared or just didn't care. The host or manager, was clueless, I stood waiting to check in for our reservation and he walked by me 4 times not even acknowledging I was there, a simple "I will be right with you would have been great" The only person who was doing his job and was excellent was our waiter, Chris, he was hustling and did a great job, but it was obvious that he was extremely frustrated with the Kitchen situation. I gave Chris a substantial Tip as he deserved it. We were so disappointed, but someone needs to have a conversation with the Kitchen staff.

   Superb meats - bison tenderloin was excellent quality and perfectly cooked medium-rare. Server was on top of everything. Only criticism is the glasses of Champagne were served a bit warmer than I prefer - but they took those off the bill on their own initiative. Overall excellent experience.

   Loved it! Our server was so joyful and genuine, she made our dinner even better. Everyone liked their meal, football was on, great live music, beautiful restaurant, fun was had by all! Will definitely be back.

   Terrible service. We should have known better, wasn’t the first time we had issues here. Any other restaurant in Big Sky is a way better value.

   Great Restaurant, food and ambiance. The only negative was they had run out of the lobster chowder and prime rib, which was what we wanted to order.

We strive to let guests know any menu changes at the start of their dining experience, but it sounds like we missed the mark.    The food was delicious, but very expensive. We ordered the 12oz steak, and it was very good. The whipped potatoes were delicious, too.
