   Our server has terrible at his job, including a lack of urgency. The whole party agreed that even a 10% tip was extremely generous. Wish the service had been much better.

   First time going to Bloom but a definite repeat! The food and experience was excellent and the menu has too many delicious options that need to be enjoyed!

   Tasty, well-made cocktails. Really lined the deviled egg appetizer. Corn meal breaded fried oysters were tender and mild with a good sauce. Crabcake entree was a bit bready and not much flavor. Deconstructed chicken pot pie was very tasty with a nice gravy.

   What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this restaurant was, nestled within the old Eagle Tavern. The ambience and decor really aligned with the broader theme of a southern farm to table kitchen. The cocktails were spectacular, especially if you like whiskey, because they have an incredible selection. The sweet potato hush puppies were perfectly fried, and the honey and sauce were delicious. We ordered the short rib and salmon, and the chef was able to make adjustments to the vegetables to address an allergy issue. Both plates were licked completely clean because everything was absolutely delicious. We also got the skillet cornbread and while it was two cut slices on a skillet and not an actual skillet, the flavor was delicious. The only adjustment I would suggest there is the butter was chilled, which made it hard to spread. I wasn’t as excited about the dessert selection but honestly, I didn’t need dessert because the meal was just spectacular. Special shout out to our server, Maddie, who was perfectly attentive without being ever present.

   We had a group of 6 dine on NYE, and despite the restaurant being busy, the food, craft cocktails, and service were terrific! There wasn't a scrap of food left on any of our plates. We had fried green tomatoes, hush puppies, and deviled eggs as appetizers. Most of us had the blackened salmon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our friends who ordered the short rib and chicken and waffles were also delighted with their meal! I can't wait to return and try another entree!

    It was a busy night as it was New Year’s Eve. Service was a bit backed up. We sat upstairs so it was very quiet. The food was excellent as were the drinks.
