   **Review of BLT Steakhouse at the Ritz Carlton** I recently celebrated my birthday at BLT Steakhouse located in the Ritz Carlton, and it was an experience I won't soon forget! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambience was perfect for a special occasion, creating a cozy yet elegant setting that enhanced our evening. The staff at BLT Steakhouse were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their energy added to the overall experience, ensuring that we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely delicious! The service was prompt, and our meals were served hot and ready. I ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. My husband opted for the roast chicken, and he couldn’t stop raving about how juicy and flavorful it was. Overall, our dining experience was delightful, and we left feeling satisfied and happy. We are already planning our return visit to indulge in more of their incredible offerings. Thank you, BLT Steakhouse, for making my birthday celebration so special! Highly recommend this gem!

   Food was fantastic, staff amazing and service efficient and friendly. I had the bone in ribeye and my wife had the crab cakes , both were amazing and we would definitely come back, complimentary pate with bread and amazing popovers was a nice touch.

   Overall the food was good. The service could have been a little better as they only had two waiters for the outside tables. The complimentary apps were very good, especially the popover. We sat outside, which was very quiet and nice. There was a stray cat roaming around looking for food from the diners, which was a bit surprising to us.

   It’s a lovely place and the steaks were good. However, we were disappointed to have been placed in the bar after having a reservation and dressing nicely. Our server was nice, but I asked for ice and it never came. The baked potato came without butter and our server never came to check on us so were unable to request butter. We’ve had better experiences elsewhere so most likely won’t return.

   Experience was beyond what I expected. One of the best porterhouse steaks we have ever had and our waiter was amazing. Highly recommend!!

   The restaurant was super busy, took a bit longer to receive food but it was very good as usual. The pop overs breads we cold when they are generally served warm. I have one big complaint and that’s why I don’t give this experience a 10. When we arrived, they gave us a table outside and I cut myself with a piece of glass left on our table. I didn’t see the piece of glass, the table was at the back of the patio, in the dark and I just placed my hand on it. Yes, a medical team was called right away- my hand was bleeding- but that should have not happened. I had not received an apology from the manager, like nothing happened. THAT is very bad customer service!!!

    Oh, the waiting....this meal took over two hours and the service was apathetic and poor. Located at the Ritz, I definitely expected more prompt and attentive service. I think they were overwhelmed with diners and were badly understaffed, and the outcome was an incredibly sluggish, rather unpleasant experience for us. Drinks took well over ten minutes to show up, water was excruciatingly slow to be refilled- at one point, we headed out in search of a server ourselves- just to get water! Beer- if the men in your life don't like waiting ages for a cold one, this is NOT the spot for you. After food and drinks were consumed, the plates and cups just collected on the table, no one came to clear them for a long time. Food was good. I thought the lamb chops might have been from wee, little lambs they were so small, but everyone seemed to really enjoy the family-style sides. The manager came up to us to ask how the meal was, and I said it was only so-so and shared my disappointment as how long everything took, at which point she said "okay" and walked away. It's too bad- I had really looked forward to this special dinner and it turned out to be quite disappointing.
