Chef James Corona’s Menu consists of Modern adaptations of Regional Italian Classics, hand made and imported dry pastas, fresh seafood and prime steak. Chef Corona believes that the Italian method of serving only the freshest and locally grown, makes for the best possible ingredients.

Our beverage program consists of artisanal cocktails, extensive beer and by the glass wine offerings and a deep wine list by the bottle that has perennial favorites as well as esoteric wines from around the world.

Your food and service are always great. unfortunately, multiple items on the regular menu were not available. We were told they simply didn't have anymore and they ran out. It was only 6pm and we were 1 of only 5 tables that had guests. They were even out of a basic beer. What we did get, was as always delicious. They are very welcoming and service was very nice. We'll be back and hope that next time they have everything available on the menu !

Yet again another great Blu Grotto experience! Entrees veal chop Milanese ( perfectly cooked and huge) and special ink squid pasta with assorted seafood ( clams, mussels, calamari and lobster chunks- in a wonderful seafood broth. Amazing. Dessert shared hazelnut torta caprese- dreamy. We love Blu Grotto! Great wines by the glass ! Great service.

Another amazing and delicious meal for Blu Grotto’s ‘Jersey Shore Restaurant Week’. We were happy with their special menu choices - escarole bean soup and hamachi crudo ( addictive), short ribs and fluke franchise- both exceptional- and Italian cheesecake and chocolate lava cake with hazelnut gelato for desserts. Great service, lovely surroundings and great wine menu. One of our favorite places to dine! Thank you to a wonderfully talented chef!

Our server was welcoming and and was sure to follow up with the kitchen when I told him about my allergy concerns. We ordered off their “Jersey Shore Restaurant Week” menu which was excellent. The choices, portions and taste were all great. It was a wonderful dining experience.

This is my favorite go to restaurant but was extremely disappointed. Service was bad & it was not busy. Pork Chop way overcooked & dry. Chop salad which I can’t wait to eat had no flavor. Pasta in Parm wheel & drinks were great. A meal that cost $300+ I should not have left so disappointed.

A very quiet Wednesday evening at Blu Grotto brought another great meal to our table. Shared amuse bouche dips, appetizer special stuffed hot peppers, delicious entrees skirt steak cooked perfectly and pork chop Milanese enough for two meals and delicious as well! We always love dining here with great service, generous glasses of great wine and a beautiful atmosphere!
