   Service sucked she didn’t pay attention to details when asked for stuff she completely forgot. Just an overall horrible experience and she still got the required 60 tip because it was a group of 6. She should be let go!

   My grands loved the Grinch tea time. If I had to say anything bad maybe a truer GRINCH.

   The atmosphere was lacking in decorations especially Grinch themed, the food was not tasty at all, the best part was the piano player who was fabulous. The food offerings included: scones with lemon curd and jam (this was the highlight), lobster roll, roast beef sandwich (was the best item), salmon mousse on a cucumber, goat cheese ball rolled in pistachios and cranberries, mini quiche, the desserts included: an Oreo truffle ball, linzer cookie, sugar cookie, rice Krispy treat, white chocolate peppermint bark along with a glass of Prosecco to begin the experience with and a delicious assortment of tea. The servers were nonexistent and I had to leave our table to find someone to explain the tower to us as they dropped it off without a word. I had confirmed there were gluten free options prior to making a reservation and was assured there were, I did not expect there to be shellfish or fish in the offerings so did not mention an allergy. The server was kind and switched out the lobster and salmon for a turkey club and a cucumber sandwich (cucumbers on bread). The gluten free scones were the best part of the experience. The gluten free cookies were hard and tasteless, after eating the scones I did not eat any more bread products. There was a mix up if the cost was charged before hand, if valet was included and about the tip. I was informed that the valet was included, the tip was included as well. The cost for a party of two was $245.00. Unfortunately, not even close to worth the cost for a lackluster experience.

    Such a wonderful experience. The teas are exquisite and the food is a gastronomical delight! Also the ambiance while listening to the piano.. it was soothing for the soul. Can’t wait to return with people I love to share the experience.
