Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

    Didn't receive the level of service I would expect for this type of fine dining. Lots of mistake - low attention to details. Often times waiting and waiting for something. Was a bit disappointed for a $800 bill for drinks and apps. Would not likely return or tell others I had a positive experience.

    Hands down the very best meal we’ve enjoyed in a good long while. The front of the house was really noisy but looked like a fun area. We thought we were going to sit in that area but we’re walked to the rear. Much more dining friendly. From the service to the food, this place is worth the visit. I enjoyed the best Manhattan!! The filet was cooked exactly how we wanted and the shrimp were cooked perfectly! Next time we’re in Toronto, we’ll be visiting again. Go and enjoy!

    Pretty disappointed with our experience. The steak was cooked the wrong way and they just asked if we would be ok to eat it. They were unfamiliar with the cocktails we ordered and honestly it just felt like a pre-game party in there.

    My family loved the Blue Bovine. Although we live in Toronto, we were excited to experience it with grown up children. My daughter suggested sharing seafood and steak so we ordered the seafood Tower as well as a Tomahawk steak which served 5 nicely. The service was truly excellent. The decor was lovely. A wonderful upscale restaurant right next to Union Station in downtown Toronto. A classic steak house!!
