   We arrived on time and were the only customers in the restaurant. Then another couple came in and a woman came in. We ordered appetizers and our meal! The other tables got their food way before us and when ours came my husbands was cold and my lobster was like rubber! We approached the manager who just gave us a lot of talk. We left and went somewhere else to get food. Never again!!!!

   Love this restaurant! Love the brunch! The food is unique and delicious! So much food, all u can eat, variety is lovely. Service is attentive! Love their dinner as well, the butter chicken is my fav! ❤️

   The experience of Blue Cilantro was very pleasant. Although I had seen the restaurant many times over the past decade, I had never made a reservation until Valentine’s Day. Wow, I had no idea how great the food would be. Chef Shetty prepared a three course meal with wine pairing for each course. The meal exceeded any expectations I had. Do yourself a favor and visit Blue Cilantro to experience fine dining for any occasion.

   What a wonderful surprise it was to be greeted by Franko, whose warm, jolly, and engaging personality set the tone for a fantastic evening at Blue Cilantro. Having not visited in a while, we were pleasantly surprised by the newly updated menu, which has taken an already excellent dining experience to the next level. The dishes were not only delicious but also showcased beautiful presentation, reflecting the chef’s creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable, with the team ensuring that every moment was seamless and enjoyable. The ambiance remains elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable culinary experience. Without a doubt, I’d go back again for sure! Blue Cilantro continues to deliver an exceptional dining experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier cuisine in Grand Cayman.

   BLUE CILANTRO is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. Superb in every way! Professional and friendly service. We love the ambience and the beautiful and fun table settings. Great wine selection.  All dishes are so fantastic! If you haven’t given Blue Cilantro, a try, you are missing out for sure!
