   I have been to this restaurant many times since it opened. Yesterday’s experience was terrible. We waited an hour for our food and it wasn’t until my husband complained we were told the kitchen forgot about our ticket! I had to stand up to find the water pitcher to refill our glasses a few times and when the food arrived , my wine glass was empty and entres were room temperature at best. I did send mine back. The $200 spent here really was a regret. The service was terrible and the food quality has changed. The rolls used to be soft and shiny , they were dry and crispy. I really enjoyed this place prior. Other than the obligatory apology nothing was done to make the situation better. I will not be returning. Downstairs at valet , there was chatter that the chef/ kitchen staff was different and there was no manager. It really is a shame.

   Really need to improve the happy hour menu. For such a expensive restaurant you provide the less impressive menu

   Wonderful on all levels. Upon entering, we were greeted promptly and taken to our table. It was very crowed and we requested to be moved to a slightly larger space and we were accommodated with no problem and quickly. Chase was our server and did a wonderful job taking care of us and ensuring we were happy with everything. We started off with oysters which were good but also had the eggplant meatballs which were amazing. We also really enjoyed the cioppino and pan roast and both were outstanding. Pan roast is my new favorite!

   Wait over 1 hour to get food. Other table sat down after us and eat and left before we got our food.

   The view and service is amazing and the milk rolls and Brussel sprouts are some of the best I have ever had!

   Service was horrible Our food took 40 minutes for souls to come out and we had to ask the waiter then miraculously all our food was out in 5 minutes Our $63 steak had so much fat on the edges it was barely eatable… so much more I could say Overpriced and bad

    Very disappointed in my last dining experience at Bluegold. Made a reservation was sat promptly and things went down from there. We sat at our table for 20 minutes to finally be served after I had to get up and ask the hostess for a server. When the server did arrive things just felt off for the dinner service. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the manager after our experience didn’t come by to check on us or anything. The drinks were excellent and food was good. For the price you pay feel better options exist to create an amazing dining experience.
