   We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. But this establishment doesn't acknowledge celebrations, so was a disappointment. The ambiance of the dining room is very nice and we enjoyed the decor. Unfortunately, our server was subpar. She was not friendly nor attentive and was standoffish. This pretty much ruined our experience at the restaurant especially since we spent a good amount of money here. Her personality was very dry. Never smiled. The food was good and would return for that. We had a good variety, and everything was tasty: Crispy Duck Salad (more duck than greens), Crab Xiao Long Bao, Beijing Dumplings, Crispy Tiger Prawns (wasn't crispy. more like steamed consistency), Roasted Duck Noodles, Oven Baked Chilean Seabass, and Stir Fried Wagyu Beef Cube.

   The owner was on site and very helpful and receptive. We have been to the restaurant numerous times and will certainly return many more times.

   We were in the back patio during brunch so neglected for the first 20 mins but once they noticed us, there was better service

   Nice atmosphere, good wines, EXCELLENT service. We loved the duck noodles, mushroom dumplings, shrimp/pork wontons, beef rib. Lettuce cups were ok. The Wagyu beef was disappointing- tasted like pork or chicken, nothing like beef. Overall the restaurant is expensive and you don't get much food. The mains are really appetizer sizes. But for the most part quite tasty!

   This was my third time visiting this restaurant. Food is always good, but it’s very obvious management doesn’t really care about service. Took over 30 minutes to get drinks. Two rounds of food came before we had any beverages. While our server attempted to apologize, there was zero attempt to make good on the poor service and instead because we were a party of 5 — we received a bill with automatic gratuity. While the atmosphere is nice, I likely won’t be back or recommend in the future.

    All three people in my party got a stomach ache after leaving the restaurant. The manager was kind enough to pay for our drinks after they were served well into our meal. Our service was subpar, making the entire experience overall not some thing I’d look forward to having again.
