' ..... Welcome to Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

    They served the best, juiciest, prime rib I’ve ever had. Their au jus was so flavourful too. My husband’s steak was nicely charred and delicious. It’s expensive, but I highly recommend it.

    Shared the 20oz rib eye, Caesar salad, mushrooms and the mashed potatoes. A filet and cheesy donuts were also enjoyed. Steaks were cooked perfectly and we paired the steaks with a nice Cab Sav. The key lime pie was to die for. Will definitely return

    We’ve eaten here twice recently, both times having the Sunday prime rib special. The food and service were great both times, definitely get the key lime pie for dessert!
