Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to our table. My daughter and I shared fondue, a steak and roasted carrots. The fact that we wanted to share a meal was no problem. The food was delicious. The wine list features Canadian vineyards which was a treat to sample.

Fantastic experience! Service was second to none! Chat with staff so welcomed. Entire staff was connected. Food was delicious and presented beautifully. I will definitely return.

100% lived up to my expectations!!! The fondue was incredible, it came with bread & pickles we also added prime rib, strip loin and grilled shrimp. They were all fantastic ! The prime rib was so good dipped into the fondue (they said they use yesterday prime rib and then slice it up to quickly sear again - it was so tender, delicious and flavourful) the strip loin came with salt (yum) the shrimp only came with 3 but cooked perfectly and a nice side of fresh herbs and sauce. Drinks were delicious. Definitely recommend shaft and old fashioned. Service was amazing. We will be back hopefully very soon!

The building and staff are very welcoming, our waiter was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. The menu is a tad bit pricey but the food is unreal. The only mixed feeling I have is how crammed the area we sat is. I did t enjoy a dinner for two turning into a dinner with two other couples table almost touching ours. I rated a 5 because even though it was crammed I’d still go back!

The waitress was very nice and polite. Food was delicious and came out very fast. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food.

Spent our Valentine’s Day at the bluebird and it was so incredible. Ruben was the epitome of great service. Not only was he engaging but he knew the menu inside and out and was willing to share suggestions
