   An absolute TERRIBLE experience. We were seated at our table where e we sat for over 15 minutes, and yet staff just keep walking past us and ignoring us. I had to get up and get us a bottle of water myself from the counter, and still nobody came to attend us. We finally were able to get someone’s attention and shortly after a girl came, apologizing for the confusion, but the service didn’t get any better. In fact, I won’t refer to her as a server because she didn’t actually serve our food and we didn’t see her again the entire meal. Worse, though, was how burned the food was!! Seriously, black charcoal on French onion soup?? The bitterness was horrible. We should have sent it back, we were so disappointed. Then came our prime rib dinners and broccolini which were ALSO all burned. Why do they burn everything?? We actually like a little crisp on the meat to render the fat, but the fat WASN’T rendered yet all edges of the prime rib were burned a good half an inch all the way around. We never had anyone check in on us, bring more water, or even offer dessert or coffee. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. I was angry that my husband left any tip at all. Not a cent was deserved and the meal was way overpriced for the poor cooks on everything.

   Went for Happy Hour and loved the half price fondue. Great decor and ambiance however music was too loud. (Music volume was the only real issue- great music but just too loud when you want to visit over fondue. Would for sure come back for the fondue and ambiance

   Sides are very expensive for their size plus they were salty. Beef ribs and steak fries were very good. Very busy and loud. Service was great.

   Ambiance: Very upscale country steakhouse that makes you feel like you’re at a ranch! Warm, rustic and inviting! So many cute photo ops and aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for a girls night or date night. Food: Cheesy potato doughnuts - were not deep fried long enough as the center still felt cold/frozen. The sauce could use a little bit of spice. Fennel and Burrata - very flavourful, refreshing and loved the addition of the tomatoes. I would consider this more of a shareable meal/salad. 20 OZ bone-in ribeye - under seasoned with lots of fat. The addition of the chimichurri and peppercorn sauce did not help this mediocre steak. Broccolini - very charred/burnt. Lacking the lemon. Had to send it back. Mushrooms - tossed in an aioli, it sounded interesting but would have been better tossed in garlic butter to accompany the steak Cheesy mashed potatoes - delicious! *the sides/accompaniments are very small. 1 portion is good enough for maybe 2 people. Key lime pie - the best thing on the menu! Do not leave without trying! The key lime flavouring is not overpowering. Light and refreshing. Paired well with the crust and white chocolate mousse. Amazing! Carrot cake - very impressed their carrot cake did not have walnuts. The cardamom ice cream was overpowering on its own but paired nicely with the cake. Service: Our server was great and informative. At times we felt it took awhile for her to circle back to our table. The hostesses at the front were friendly and even had a birthday card waiting for me at our table. Such a cute, thoughtful and personalized touch. Overall: Ambiance 10/10 Food 6/10 Service 8/10

    Very good happy hour deals for the fondue special. Generous portions, attentive service, warm and pleasant ambience. Highly Recommend!
