With one of the most picturesque dining settings in Coronado, the Boathouse is situated on the water, where you can enjoy the romantic views of Glorietta Bay. The iconic cupola-adorned landmark was built in 1887 as a design prototype for the Hotel del Coronado located across the street.

Bluewater Boathouse may be reached by water taxi, the Coronado Bay bridge or via the Silver Strand. The upstairs lounge host Happy Hour, Sunday through Thursday from 3:00pm till 6:00pm and dinner service Friday and Saturday at 4:00pm. Banquet rooms are available for day or evening rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate events and military functions. Surrounded by historical character, stunning views of the Bay and a pristine fresh menu, Bluewater Boathouse is a must see culinary destination.

We enjoyed ourselves. Jake was our server and he was amazing. He gave us wonderful recommendations and we ate the food to the last drop. Logan took our initial drinks and was so relatable and knowledgeable. Shawn the manager made sure we were comfortable and we were able to celebrate our friends birthday with last memories. Thank you all!

Last minute dinner decision for my husband birthday. The view was lovely, the clam chowder delicious, the Ahi Poke was delicious. The drinks were perfect and Miho was very knowledgeable on what to eat. Had a great time. We were impressed.

Excellent service, food, beverages, and atmosphere. Will return for dinner and Or happy hour. We had the scallops with jalapeño sauce as an appetizer, blackened Cajun swordfish and shared a wedge salad. My beverage was the smoked old-fashioned!!
