Bad experience for Valentine's day. Attempted to try new restaurant but wasn't able to eat here. Had reservations at 815pm unfortunately there was NO FOOD when we arrived. Guests waiting over an hour for food truck to arrive. No hostess to even tell us. Waited at hostess stand before another angry guest informed us as we're waiting in line for hostess.

You should go here if you want to be by the water because the food is just ok. I'm not sure that you can expect much more from a hotel restaurant. Our waiter was excellent, but the food was cafeteria level at best.

One server for the restaurant. She was not attentive and left us without asking for drink refills or additional drinks. Food orders not timely and incorrect orders. Beautiful restaurant and area.

The limited holiday menu consisted of one dish a combination of Ham,Prime Rib,mashed sweet potatoes,apple chutney and bread.It was Terrible everything was sloped down on one small plate ,the meat was in pieces with fat and gristle everything was lukewarm and looked like a meal served in a prison.It was pitiful.The service was just as bad .the management was nowhere in sight. No one even asked if everything was ok

The Thanksgiving food was good, normal as a hotel restaurant. The place is nice I think for take a drink.

We are outdoors. The glasses were plastic outside which gave and airplane feeling. No lights outside other than the pool. That was a nice view but couldn’t see the bay at all. Dark everywhere else. Food was good.

We had a great meal at BLUFIN and very good customer service. We had hoped to sit outside to admire the beautiful view but we sat in the dining room due to rain which worked out just fine. Big windows behind the bar showcase the bay outside. We'd recommend this to anyone in the Tampa area.

The whole experience was perfect for our evening out with friends. Nice, quiet restaurant, simple but tasty menu, yummy drinks and a very attentive server. Beautiful view too! Only thing to note is take ticket and validate at front desk for parking at hotel. Do not park in business next store, even if no one in parking lot and building empty!
