Bobbe Speisesalon is a restaurant and bar in Berlin right by Prager Platz, serving kosher certified Israeli-Mediterranean food with a bit of German and other European influences. The restaurant stands in the western part of Berlin where the two quarters Wilmersdorf and Schöneberg meet. The restaurant space dates back to 1903 and the bar cabinet is said to have stood at this spot since the first restaurant back at the time. Newly founded in 2018 under the name of "Bobbe" (grandmother in Yiddish) the restaurant aims to convey the welcoming spirit of a family salon while capturing the timeless nature of dining, the here and now of every generation sharing quality time at the table.'

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Beim Eintritt hat man gleich den Charme eines altberliner Lokals. An Weihnachten wurden wir entsprechend Reservierung platziert. Es ist alles Kocher und es gibt keine Milchprodukte. Ich hatte unter anderem Couscous mit Hähnchen. Das Fleisch war von sehr guter Qualität! 😊 Der Nachtisch eine kokospannacotta mit Rosenwasser und Beerenmixsauce. Da kann man auch zwei von essen.... Leckere Linsensuppe und gegrillte Auberginen 🍆 alles ganz fein. Gerne wieder. Die Preise sind angemessen und durchaus alltagstauglich. Also gerne wieder!

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, allerdings nur englischsprachig (hat mich jetzt nicht gestört,aber vielleicht wissenswert. Das Restaurant ist klein und einfach. Es war recht kühl. Die Karte wechselt und wir waren etwas verwundert, dass Klassiker (Sabich und Shachuka) fehlten. Die Vorspeisen und Starter waren sehr lecker (wir haben alles probiert :) Enttäuscht waren wir von den Hauptgängen, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt. Insgesamt kann man es ausprobieren. In Berlin hängt die Latte für gutes israelisches Essen einfach auch recht hoch.

Batamt! Bobbe is geschmak. A heimish place, definitely a new favourite. The kitchen is fleishig with great vegan options.

Went twice during five day period. Lovely fresh food, decent drinks. Babaganoush and beef stew with rice were standout items.
