   Our reservation went smoothly and our server, Austin, was very professional and friendly. The entree of duck and crab cakes were perfect! The corn and the carrot cake were huge servings. Everyone greeted us with Happy Anniversary since we were celebrating our 45th!

   Perfect place for a family birthday dinner. Food was great. Service was great. Our server Martin was particularly excellent.

   Experience was good…… Our go to has Always been the Original off Downtown.. we experienced out.. Our waiter was top notch.

   Perfect service, attentive staff. This place takes into account all your wishes. The portions are large, fresh and not overloaded with spices. I would live there!

   Sat at the bar for a celebratory dinner with my wife. Ethan was bartending and provided us sterling service. We love this place!

   Plano and Lemmon are much better to have a conversation. The large open space and high ceilings create a high level of noise that is tiresome to compete with. Back areas that were carpeted may offer a quieter experience. Also, our waiter was satisfactory but was kind of going through the motions. Much better waiter experiences at other high end steakhouses.

    Be sure to have a reservation if you plan to go. This place was incredibly busy, but with our reservation we were seated within minutes of checking in. Our server greeted us shortly after we sat down. We didn’t feel rushed to order which was a nice change from most restaurants. The bread we were served before our meal was warm and delicious. My husband ordered one of the wagyu steaks at the server’s suggestion and I got the ribeye. Although I ordered my steak as medium, it came out closer to well done but I didn’t send it back. My husband’s steak was good but not quite up to his expectations based off the server’s recommendation. We didn’t finish our steaks but they were boxed up for us to take home. Both steaks were put in one small box. We would have preferred them to be boxed separately. We finished our drinks and once again did not feel rushed to leave even though it was very busy. My lemon drop martini was mediocre; I’ve definitely had better elsewhere, especially for the price. We took a piece of cheesecake to go which was very tasty. $211 before tip for the 2 of us. One steak with a side for each of us plus one drink per person. We had been to another Bob’s location a couple of years ago and our experience was very much the same as this trip. For the price I don’t see us going back. There are so many options in DFW that we can find better value elsewhere.
