Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our experience this time. We ordered the red snapper ceviche and it was cubed and just not a very nice taste and texture overall. The scallops were nicely cooked and the puree was lovely but the bacon pcs were chewy and grisly. Best dish was the Asian greens and the raspberries cocktail was a hit!!

The food was amazing. but the noise level was so loud that we had to leave, couldn’t understand what each other were saying at all.

Bob Sugar was delicious! Highly reccommend the cauliflower, ribs and pork belly bao. The Bob Zombie is my favourite cocktail too. Staff were wonderful and everything was great

Bob Sugar has a nice feel to it. It’s buzzing with diners, but the acoustics in the restaurant are perfect and you can enjoy conversations across the table. Great place to share plates amongst a group, however one (out of three) mains weren’t available. Overall delicious, fresh, hot food. Cocktails were yummy! Service was friendly and we liked how our dishes came out one at a time so we could eat it hot- hard to come by!! Will definitely dine at Bob Sugar again in the near future :)
