Dynamic menu of original Southern Italian cuisine that dominates this welcome addition to Hell’s Kitchen. This addition is made even more welcome with the breathtaking beautiful transformation of a once historic space into a hip, fun, stop for dinner that any gourmand will savor.

Formerly, known as Film Center Cafe, Bocca Di Bacco boasts Italian cuisine from Puglia, Sicily, and Sardegna with the endless selection of wines from small vineyards in Italy. Exemplifying our policy of being “Farm to Table” operated, we use the healthiest ingredients from locally grown vendors. Located in the heart of the Theater District, this new modernized restaurant features innovative new recipes and the use of the Enomatic Wine Systems.

Service really slow. Soda really flat. Chicken parm was cold. Salad good. Table next to us has to leave without food because they waited over an hour.

Muy lindo ambiente, comida buena, pero no tenían el plato que elegimos. Pero nos regalaron el plato de entrada como disculpa.

The menu and prices have changed as to what is shown on open table and the items we pre-selected were no longer available. Pricing has also gone up significantly. That being said the food was good and although service was very slow at first (it took over 30 minutes to get the drinks we ordered as we were first seated) , once we actually ordered the food came pretty quick and quality was good

Great food and atmosphere. The waiter was really busy, so service was a little slow.

We were a party of 8 during the holiday season. The waiter was happy to give us plenty of time to sit and enjoy our food as we allotted a full three hours to eat before our show. That was much appreciated. The prices were typical for Manhattan. Food was very good. Our bill for a party of 8 including 4 apps, 11 alcoholic drinks, 7 pasta dishes, 1 chicken dish, 2 desserts, and three cappuccino drinks was about $100 per person after tip. Restaurant was very festive and quite loud, but as the theatre crowds left, it got quieter. Overall, a lovely place. I would eat there again.

Pro’s:The food was very good. We shared the meatball appetizer and a Ceasar salad to start. I ordered the Bolognese and my daughter ordered the Cacio e Pepe (which was not prepared table side). The ambiance was festive (decorated for Christmas) and Frank Sinatra was playing in the background. Very NY. Cons: we felt very rushed. Our meatballs were out within 3 minutes (well before our drinks arrived) and we were asked multiple times for our dinner order. We were seated at a very tight 2 top adjacent to the host stand. So much so my coat got knocked off my chair by people walking by and I had the behind of a guy against my arm while I finished my meal. I was chilled every time the front door opened.

Had the Prix Fixe menu for Christmas Dinner - 3 courses for $50 US. Great food, attentive service and they were very accommodating in changing our reservation to a later time. Have been here for other celebratory occasions and it never disappoints. Fabulous background crooner music from the '50's (Sinatra, Martin, etc.)
