    Absolutely amazing food. Great staff, and that grilled octopus appetizer had me as “hello”. We will definitely be back.

    Our overall experience was fair, and not enough to bring us back. Food needed more flavor, chk parm was dry, bolognese lacking flavor… Service was friendly and caring, but under, w/ hurried interaction. For example - had to get up and get the cheese, salt & pepper, ourself before our food got cold. Maybe that’s because we were in the additional side room. I do not recommend the second room, away from the lively main room, which had a great North Beach vibe.

    The meal and service were excellent. One of our group commented that the fish special was too salty and they did NOT include the fish on the final bill.

    Small place with a cozy atmosphere. The food was among the best Italian food I have had. Friendly staff! I will be back.

    Excellent ambiance, always crowded and very noisy. Seating is Very close together in many cases, however it adds to the experience. Food is very good for most dishes, others seem a bit flat, but overall a great place for some really good italian food in a casual environment.

    neighborhood vibe. Real Italian. We shared the soup of the day, a creamy white bean soup and for the main course a nightly special of a pasta in a pork sauce and my partner had clams and pasta. Everything was no frills, tasty and traditional. We ate on New Years Eve and the place was hopping. Lots of families. Fair prices.

    NYE. Opted for a 7pm at Bocconcino. The waiter was really nice and split salads and soups for us. The food was delicious. We had wonderful pesto ravioli and lamb shank. The atmosphere was romantic and lively without being bothersome. The decor gives a subtle European vibe. Very nice experience!
