Executive chef: Brian Kim
From the OpenTable editors: James Beard semifinalist chef Brian Kim has a star hidden inside a star. His MICHELIN-Starred modern Korean restaurant Oiji Mi hides an omakase-style counter in the back, bōm, which has its own MICHELIN Star. Here, 18 seats pull up to a bold black-and-white marble slab for a Korean tasting-menu experience featuring custom grills. About a dozen or more courses include Wagyu, king crab, fatty tuna, and other luxuries rounded out with refined versions of the requisite banchan and soup.
