Bon is by far the best sushi restaurant in Bergen County! We love to come hear for dinner. The sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious. The service is always very good.

Atmosphere is nice. The sushi was great surface was not so great but they tried to make up for it because they were understaffed. Prices are not inexpensive but a nice night out and love that it’s a BYOB.

Food wasn’t worth the price. We were seated next to a large party with kids screaming and running on the shared booths. Will not be back.

My husband and I tried Bon this past Saturday and we are so glad we did ! The food, service , and ambiance was exceptional! We will definitely bring going back ! Rey and Tara Pella

Our server was EXCELLENT I mean top notch. Food was fantastic. Had a really great experience and will definitely be back

Atmosphere was great. Not too quiet but not too loud either and the restaurant was full when I went. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. Staff were attentive and very kind.

Worst Omakase Ever Experienced. Save your money. For the price, the amount of food, presentation and service were subpar. Greeted immediately with appetizers and then waited 40 minutes for our sushi board. Followed by another 20 minute gap until final course and dessert. The staff hurriedly explained items and presentation was not a true Chef Omakase experience. That would be okay if this was not so expensive and dragged out! The biggest issue is my wife cannot eat gluten (celiac). I called a few days early to notify the restaurant and they assured me accommodations would be made for the tasting menu. The first few courses were made gluten free with the staff assuring so. Great! Then, a noodle and shrimp tempura dish were put in front of each of us. We figured hers was made GF given the preceding dishes and she was halfway through when the staff came back, apologized it was not gluten free and took it away. Unacceptable to put a known allergen in front of someone and let them eat it after that allergy was previously acknowledged. Dessert came out (waffle and ice cream) with no details and waiter walked out. I had to flag staff down who again apologized this was not gluten free either. The most disappointing dining experience my wife and I ever had. The restaurant seems nice and I’m sure we would have enjoyed picking our own meal but for an expensive Omakase it was a disaster.
