   Overall the service and ambiance is good. The service is attentive and you feel appreciated. Food is always great. The noise level on the bar is so loud it's not good for groups or a date if you want to talk. Opt for the other side which is more quite.

   The round tables were not comfortable to sit at to eat. The menus were made of paper and for it being an upscale lounge, you would expect a more polished presentation of the menu. I ordered food and the waitress forgot to submit part of my order so after all the rest of the food had been eaten I asked her if she forgot, which she Stated she did so I ordered another appetizer and it took over an hour for the flatbread pizza to come out. At that point, we took it to go. They did comp it off of our meal. The lounge itself is beautiful. The music was terrible until the DJ arrived. Definitely felt forgotten about as a customer with food forgetting to be put in and then over an hours wait for a simple pizza to come out when the restaurant was not even busy will not be back also too pricey for the amount of food and quality of food. Drinks were not good either.

   The food is always great. It’s a little dark inside but not a deterring factor. Great music.

   This was amazing but my waitress made my experience that much better! I didn’t get her name but I think it started with a G. She has long dark hair and she was also the bartender. She recommended me the kale and brussel sprouts salad! Literally to die for !! The calamari was really good time. She even was attentive to my dairy restriction and brought me out a strawberry sorbet. I highly recommend this restaurant

   The service was good, we didn’t like the seating and they moved us to a better spot. The tomahawk pork chop was good. The drinks love potion and grand lemon drop was also good. You can get your picture taken for $20 and comes with a frame.

   Jae was a great waitress. Cam held on to our photo that we paid for and left. Thank you! We went back to get the photo and decided to stay and enjoy the club side of the lounge. Earlier we enjoyed the dinner area. The food isn’t bad, but it isn’t great for the price. The drinks were ok. Great place for photos. If we went back we’d visit the bar/cocktail area and pass on dinner. Good time though.

   Only thing good about this place is the ambience and drinks (though small portioned). Food is not worth price or travel.. too many issues to even type. Chef would not replace or issue refund for uncooked doughy empanadas.. Or as server pointed out on menu “no refunds for any ordered food items”. This was my birthday dinner 🥲

   We enjoyed our experience at Bonnie and Clyde's lounge during restaurant week. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed the food and drinks. The ambiance is wonderful for a date night and our server Jay was terrific. We'd be so happy to come back. Thank you.

   Took an hour and I get our main dishes from ordering them. It’s a cocktail bar with surprisingly good food.

    Went for Charlotte Restaurant Week. $50 per person, 3 course meal. Delicious martinis and delicious food! Service was VERY slow - it seemed like they didn’t have a solid plan for knowing which meals went to which tables. The noise level was LOUD - made it difficult to hear conversations, but the music was fun (mostly MJ). Tables were very, very close together - and our table was a small round (really for just drinks) in a corner. Overall, would go back for food and ambience.
