Bonny is located in the small coastal village of Blairgowrie on the tip of the Mornington Peninsula, South-East of Melbourne on the shore of Port Phillip Bay. The area is renowned for its fine wine and outstanding fresh produce and our restaurant enjoys all that the region has to offer.

Serving exciting and healthy, breakfast and lunch options such as a Seeded Smashed Avocado, a Moroccan Chicken and Lentil Salad, or the more indulgent options like the Eggs Benedict with Braised Beef Brisket and the all-time favourite of ours, Buttermilk Pancakes with Fresh Berries and Maple syrup.

The food was presented nicely on the plates however the scrambled eggs were cold on arrival and needed to be redone. Coffee for a regular size in my opinion was a small cup Lovely spot across the road from Blairgowrie Beach. We were in the booth inside. Very roomy

We went for a late lunch & a drink & the menu was all day breakfast & a few salads. No share plates or charcuterie’s. Little disappointing

Delicious food, however service was ordinary as our guests pumpkin curry arrived 20 minutes later than our other main meals. There was also a 10% peak holiday surcharge which was not disclosed on the menu which was a nasty surprise and represented poor value, especially as my husband ordered via the phone app so therefore the service was so minimal we were wondering why we are paying 10% extra for absolutely no service from an ordering/dinner menu selection perspective.
