   The tuna tetaki was delicious as usual! The crab salad came without dressing, so i ordered some and then was charged for it. Pretty lame in my opinion. The prawn pizette is half the size it used to be, so no longer a good value, and it was 80%dough, 20% toppings. Wine is quite pricey at $25 for a 9oz. Ouch! Service was very good, but value and food quality seems to have gone downhill. Can't beat the ambience/view!

   Our reservation was at 6:45pm. We were told right when we sat down that we only had the table for 2hrs. By 8:45 half the restaurant was empty. If they know they don’t have other reservations i i would have left that out, it just made things awkward. By 9:30 there was only 2 other tables of people.

    I have been to Boom and Batten numerous times, find it can be really good or a miss. Our dinner this evening was amazing. Our server was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. We had the meatballs, gnocchi and the pappardelle duck pasta. We will be back.
