Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

We tried the Valentine’s menu and everything was very good except for the crispy pork belly. I couldn’t even cut through it with a steak knife, nor could other diners.

Very overpriced prix fixe menu. $30 for each of 3 courses. Highway robbery!

Best time for happy hour! Great food, waiter was awesome! Atmosphere was stellar! If you’re looking for date night, girls night out or just for any time this is my recommendation 100%. Food was delicious! Immediately sat and greeted with a friendly service. I will be definitely coming back.

made a reservation, showed up and the restaurant wasn't even open though I had a reservation and it showed open hours online!

The food surpassed our expectations, the service was phenomenal. Over all fabulous experience! Highly recommend.

We went to Boom Bang to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had been once before and had a great experience. However, our last experience was really quite terrible. We had an early reservation at 5:15 so the restaurant wasn't even busy yet and there were hardly any tables seated. Our server was inattentive failing to follow up with us on getting more drinks or how our food was. Our french onion soups were cold and we had to wait forever just to get a server's attention to ask for it to be re-heated (it was that bad cold) and then we had to wait to get the re-heated soup. I'm assuming the server forgot to put our main entree order in as well. Tables that sat down 15 minutes after us were eating dessert while we were still waiting on our main dish. When she finally bothered to check back with us to get new drink orders the drinks took forever to be made. They brought us their special bread for free for waiting for our entrees and it was served with the top luke warm and the cheesy bottom part cold. We had to send back soup because it was cold and then you try to placate us with cold cheese bread that wasn't even appetizing. Honestly, I didn't even want to tip her (we did though of course - not 20% though) which is saying a lot considering I was a former server and believe in tipping well. First time I went I would give it 5 stars. Such a disappointment.

Delicious food, amazing cocktails, and relaxed, fun atmosphere! Servers are all very friendly. Was excited to meet Chef Elia from Top Chef, she was lovely and gracious. Will definitely be back!

I saw, and I were extremely disappointed with our experience on New Year's Eve. The food felt like it was definitely all premade, and they quickly served us and got us out in 50 minutes. From a small little appetizer to the main meal, which was two items on your plate to a dessert. Each of us had different ones. They were not that great. The music was extremely loud you couldn't hear yourself talk the lighting was not ambient and for the price we could've gone to a better steakhouse and a casino.
